A yummy baked donut recipe using White Chocolate Mocha creamer by International Delight.
  • For the Donut Batter
  • 6 TBS butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate mocha creamer by International Delight
  • 1¼ cup flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup of white chocolate chips
  • For the Crumb Topping
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 TBS. ovaltine or other powdered chocolate mix
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1¾ cups flour
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips. Add in the butter and beat until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, vanilla extract and creamer. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing until the batter is smooth. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut molds. Make sure each donut mold is about ½ full as you still have to add the crumble.
  6. To make crumble: Add dry ingredients except flour and then pour the melted butter over the mixture and stir. Add flour gradually and mix.
  7. Spoon the crumb mixture over the top of each donut.
  8. Bake for about 13 minutes.
  9. Be sure to let cool before removing from pan. Enjoy!
