Wordful Wednesday-More Home Improvements….

Welcome to Wordful Wednesday……for more information, see “WW” inΒ  my handy dandy tabber box in my right side bar.

I’m starting to worry that perhaps Jeff and I will never be completely done with all we want to do on our house.

As soon as one list is completed, we start on a new one.

It’s all good though because it keeps us busy.

And broke.Β  (kidding.Β  I’m kidding.Β  Kind of.)

Our latest endeavor?

Painting the exterior of the house.

We even did a little landscaping:

I’m a bit tired. I estimate the next project will begin in 2.5 weeks. Will keep you posted.

I think that’s part of what makes homes so great–that they’re always evolving and bettering. Your looks uh-maz-ing! Makes me miss California!

Ah, home improvement, it truly never ends, does it?

Yours looks great and the landscaping is an eye-catching addition!

My WW is about breaking habits!

Amazing how painting the house can make such a difference, but that is a major task to undertake yourselves, I am impressed! The yard looks great too.

Totally Awesome!! I can’t wait to see your next project!!
    Have an Amazing WW!

Awesome article. I find the Impressionism in this new game abtsluoely stunning and unique in the franchise. I have to admit, I’m glad this game wasn’t “cel-shaded” like WW, and although there’s nothing wrong with the cel-shaded games (I want to play WW someday XD), I think it was time Nintendo took a different direction with art style after 3 cel-shaded games. I look forward to this game!

A LITTLE landscaping?! it’s beautiful. Lucky for Jeff you have a great eye for design. The house looks great!!
Hopefully you are on the end of your project lists. We are just starting the “lists” we need to finish on our house. It is atleast rewarding. Soon it will enter my living area, I’ll have to let you know if it is still rewarding then.:)

I love it! Sounds like you and your hubby do the same thing me and my hubby do – keep making more work for ourselves with our ‘lists’… πŸ˜‰

Love how everything turned out! πŸ™‚

Great job! I am thoroughly impressed. My dad always says that it’s amazing what a little bit (0r a lot) of paint can do.

  9. 128

Ahh, the beauty of the never ending list. We made a list when we moved in and some things come off, other things get added. The list never ends. Until you get old and move into a condo. Then you get bored because someone else does it for you, and you go help your kids do their projects.

Hey Angie – the house exterior looks great! We just moved into our new house last week. We chose the exterior colors based on one of our son’s shirts that we liked!

I love it. Makes me want to get up and get things done around my house but hubby is so busy we dont have much time these days. I can live through you though. Ill get to someday!!

    Have a blessed day

    looks great,

let me tell ya after being in our house for 10 years and still not being done it really does seem to go on and on. when you get one thing done it is time to start another.

I love those two empty chairs, just waiting for the two of you to stop making to do lists, and just take a moment for a little quiet relaxation. You might just have to say “let’s just do it” and relax soon! But I get that the call to make your new home perfect is too strong. There’s always one more thing to fix and one more weed to pluck.

I’ll probably be in the same boat as you very soon as we’re gearing up for another big move… very exciting but still secret for now.

Hey gorgeous! How are you?? I tried to drop off the face of the planet for a weekend.. wow it was bliss.. and getting harder to get back into the swing of things!!

Love the changes! I want you to paint our house. Can you say BROWN? As in Brown on brown on brown on brown. ugh.

I love a good makeover! We’re doing some of that at our house this summer too — a patio and some landscaping. The money thing is a minor issue . . . πŸ˜‰ Well, not really. If only it grew on trees.

  17. 174

do you hire out? lol. you seem to have boundless energy. I’d kill to have a husband as handy/willing/able. house looks great. good job guys.

  18. 176

The improvements look great! We haven’t ventured into home improvement, but I can only imagine it’s tough work. Just upkeep on our home (which was a new construction) was a lot. One day, I’d love to get a home and customize it over time like you all are doing. But we’d have to be settled for longer than a couple of years at a time like we are now with the Navy. πŸ™‚

    Looks great!

I’m scared to even think of our list of to-dos around here. But, it keeps us busy…you know, otherwise, I’d be bored. πŸ˜‰

We’ve been wanting to paint our house for years but it’s just so expensive…I keep telling DH we should just do it ourselves, but we’ll see…

The house and landscaping looks great =)

Oh I am so addicted to bao latley, it’s terrible! These ones had spinach, nori, and shiitake mushroom centers, but our favorites latley have been with cabbage, carrot, mushroom, bean noodle, black pepper and soy protein. SO GOOD.
