I mentioned last week that the BIG CIRCUS THEMED PARTY for the twins 6th Birthday was coming up…..it’s THANKFULLY come and gone but I couldn’t let today pass without my glimpse of part of our Holiday Happiness. The holiday season six years ago brought us the birth of our high risk twins and so each year I’m reminded to be particular thankful during Thanksgiving and then we get to celebrate well into January the birth of all of our children.
Now, before you go any further, I’d urge you to take a quick peak of the post I just published about the party. It’s more cohesive and shows more aspects of the party than this post, which is really just showing you a glimpse of what holiday happiness looks like in these parts during a Circus Themed Birthday Party!
How to Throw a Circus Themed Birthday Party
Fun, right?
Here’s more:
It was so fun to get the kids’ picture in this clown cut out! {This is John}
The older kids helped with the game stations and the kids loved the face painting. {Isn’t my niece adorable?}
Cotton Candy? Yes, please. {This is Grace and Grace. Part of a group of BFF’s}
Can we just give my sister a big round of applause, please, for taking all of these pictures? {Rachelle and me}
Games….
Hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy and game tickets? Score!
I hope their wishes came true!
Such a fun gang showed up to help celebrate!
The gifts were a real hit too!

I can’t believe how much fun you made that party. So creative!
The idea to take the idea over the top and make it really fab was all Jeff. 🙂
That looks like SUCH a fun birthday party! I am just jealous of what looks like gorgeous weather!!
I totally took the weather for granted growing up here. Having lived in MA and OR where the weather isn’t so lovely I’m so THANKFUL! 🙂
You did such a great job pulling everything together, Angie! Looks like such an awesome time was had by all. 🙂
It really was so much fun, Kristi. And, I loved seeing the kids enjoy themselves!
What an awesome theme for a party! Happy WW!
Happy WW to you! I’m so glad you played along!
That looks like SO much FUN! Do you hire out? 😉 I forgot about the themed post…oh well, next time! 🙂
We did NOT hire out. Unless you consider borrowing the older kids friends to help with games and set up. 🙂
SUPER cute pictures!!! How fun!
Hey, love your new profile picture. It was seriously so fun.

2011 Pirate Party: http://corisbigmouth.com/2011/12/pirate-party/
THis is SO funny. We did a pirate party last year and a circus party this year.
Comments are closed on your circus post, but let me just say, INCREDIBLE. Those cupcakes were amazing……everything was really. How many balloons did you have?
Thanks for letting me know about my comments being closed! I changed that!!
Uhh…last year I think I stopped at about 400 balloons…yes I said 400. Mom wanted me to do another 100 that she had bought, but I was done and we ran out of time!!
400 balloons? Wowsers.
love, love the circus themed party! But then again, being the aster juggler of my own family circus how could I not love this?!
Where were you when we needed you? You could have been the HIT of the party! 🙂
I love the mustaches and goatees! LOL! You all did an awesome job!
That’s what face paint looks like when it’s done by 4th graders. 🙂
This looks like a lot of fun! The boys look so happy!
The boys were seriously in HEAVEN, which is just what we were hoping for. 🙂
Looks like a great time!
It was…..bet you could have made some really fabulous cupcakes….:)
This party looks like such a fun time. I can tell that the kids totally LOVED it.
It’s one of the perks of having multiples. One can justify going a little “bigger” because it’s for more than one. {wink}
This party looked so awesome! And can I say how much you and your sister look alike? Are you twins? Or maybe its just that I am dead tired…but it took me a second to recognize which was you…
Not twins….15 months apart, but you can definitely tell we are sisters, right? 🙂
What a blast that must have been! Great photos. You are creating some amazing memories for your kids. Way to go mama!!! 😉
Crafting memories is about the only way I can justify the time we spent on it. 🙂
Looks like it was so much fun!!
How are you Beth? It WAS so much fun!
What an awesome party! My boys would love it!
I wish that more people lived near me to have shared the fun! 🙂
It turned out so cute!! The little game stands and the cotton candy and popcorn machines really sealed the deal. Also like the mustaches on your little guys. They’re too funny! Happy WW!!!
Alexia. Thanks so much for stopping by. I was pleasantly surprised by the face paint considering it was done by the children. 🙂
What a fun party! How fun to have a popcorn machine! I have always wanted one 🙂
The popcorn machine paled in comparison to the cotton candy machine….:)
HOly cuteness batman!! They are adorable! Good job with the party, mama!!
