Ice cream is always a big hit in these parts, and this recipe for DIY Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches is so so delicious. Even if you are not a huge fan of ice cream, I think you’ll love this little goodie. {{for real}} This week, as part of my challenge as a “Chief Waffle Officer” I came up with an Oreo ice cream sandwich made with Eggo® Chocolate Chip Wafflers and Breyer’s Oreo Ice Cream that were amazingly easy and fabulously delicious. The only downside to these puppies is that you need to wait to eat them so they set right for maximum perfection.
