Materials Needed

• Black feather wreath
• Styrofoam Skull (Michael’s seasonal section)
• Styrofoam Pumpkins (Michael’s seasonal section)
• Ribbon
• Greening Pins

Instructions for Feather Halloween Wreath

• Use greening pins to secure feathers and pumpkins to feather wreath.  I used toothpicks to attach the skull.
