Eight is Great

Turning EIGHT is a big deal in our house because it means they’ve reached what we consider the age of accountability.   It’s great because they get more privileges, perhaps not so great because along with those privileges comes more responsibility.

Eight is great because it  is also the age they get to chose whether or not to be baptized.  Emma chose to be baptized.

Her baptism was so nice.  We had tons of family in attendance and my dad and sister and her family even drove 600 miles to be here for it.  It was a beautiful day, one I know I’ll never forget!
