Just so you know, EVERY January is designated as California Restaurant Month, but you can use this site for details for finding celebrity chef events, wine-pairing specials, gourmet prix-fixe dinners, exclusive seasonal offerings and an interactive map of participating regions.  You can even print out a list if you like to keep it handy.  Just because January is a great time to splurge, savor and save, that doesn’t mean you can’t year round!

My favorite part, you can find things to do AROUND your dining throughout the state (yep, the whole state), not just the metropolitan areas.  The site has the state broken down into regions with things to do, places to see, travel tools and it even has discounts on family fun so if you are like me, you can pick a fun restaurant and THEN plan your entertainment.  Perfect.  {{huge smile}}
