My daughters have 11 of the inner wraps, but all but one of the outer hard plastic shells break. I have searched everywhere for just the shells, do you know where I can find them.

No. I haven’t seen the outer shells for sell separately. Sorry to hear her outer cases have broken. My daughter and I trade off our outer and inner wraps and haven’t had a problem. ;(
The Tech Candy Cases are horrible as well as the warranty. Will never buy again.
