Wait.  That’s only one reason.  {And a semi stupid title/idea about how to show you.}

The beach.

I love that we can spend the day soaking up the warm sunshine at the beach in January.

Woo hoo! First in line and first to comment. A first for me. Ha! Beautiful pictures, Angie. I wouldn’t mind escaping the frigid temps for some sun and fun in Ca. We are only four hours from the beach here, but it is in the 30s there. Take care.

We love the beach, too, and it’s only 20 minutes away. The sun is out today, but TOO cold to go to the beach still. It’s 10 degrees Celsius here, which I know is not cold by US standards, but it’s freezing for us here. :)

I am fiercely jealous of you. Having grown up in California, those are the kinds of winters I appreciate, not the ones I am having to deal with now. I don’t do winter sports (as if I do summer sports or something…) so the snow really doesn’t do much for me.

Ohmygosh … looking at your photos I’m wondering how close you live to ME since I live at the beach too!!! Wouldn’t it be a small world if we’re ‘neighbors’ in the ‘real’ world? I don’t recognize the climbing equipment and the pier near me has METAL railings so we’re probably not in the same city after all … but at first glance my jaw dropped. I’ve share many beach photos at my Small Reflections site, but my Wordful Wednesday post is at Sacred Ruminations this week.
