Wordful Wednesday-the new house

Just in case you didn’t believe me when I told you that we had some work to do on our new house…….here’s proof.


We’ve made some great progress……..I can’t wait to show you what we’ve done………starting next week.

I always am so busy trying to get my link up I forget to comment. I am glad you documented it I am psyched to see the progress. Who got the pink room??And how did you deal with living in a torn up house. Please share tips as I know you are super organized!

Good luck man. I hate doing stuff up BUT love the fact Dru can do it and do it well and do it free and I LOVE the end result.

I understand your pain (or is it pleasure) of remodeling a home for moving in and making it just right for your family. We are in the beginning stages of doing the same. Some days, it is really fun and other days I just want the work to be already done.

Home improvements are so much fun! We gutted our house 7 (almost 8) years ago and are still putting it back together. Very rewarding but lots of work.

Can't wait to see the progress.

Our first house was 80 years old; I just had some huge flashbacks and shutters when I saw those pics. WOW! I'm so glad you are making progress. What a relief to have jobs like those finished!

Hey, even a little bit of progress is good! My DH has been working on our master bathroom and closet for about 8 MONTHS! Meanwhile, all our closet stuff is piled up in our room and covered in dust! At this point, I get excited about even the tiniest bit of progress!
